After renovation, the home required a side yard entrance, private gate, and mailbox for a new guest residence in the rear yard, and improved privacy for the primary residence. The family requested a dog-friendly garden and outdoor living space with shady and sunny seating spaces, a barbecue, fire pit, and stormwater filtration planters. A new driveway allowed additional parking space, and a new entry path allows easier access to the main home. New citrus trees and a new arching oak tree grace the property.
